No-Show Policy: There will be a fee of $170 for New Appointments $100.00 for follow-up

Less Than 48 Hour/Same day cancellations if not due to an emergency or illness will be charged $170.00 for new patient appointments and $100.00 for return

Acupuncture

Initial Visits are 60-90 minutes in length. Follow-Up Visits are 45-60 minutes.
Initial Visits involve an in-depth interview and 20-30 minutes is the typical length for needle retention.
Follow-Up Visits include an abbreviated interview and a 20-30 minute needle retention.

Modalities like cupping, TDP lamp, GuaSha, Moxa, essential oils or electro-acupuncture will be used as seen fit individually.

To Prep For Treatment

Bring in a current list of medications, supplements, and vitamins.

Please bring any lab or medical reports relevant to your condition.

Acupuncture is not performed on individuals who are fasting. Being overly hungry increases the risk for nausea, dizziness, or needle shock. However, please do not over-eat as this can have similar effects.

Avoid coffee within 2 hours of treatment.

Avoid alcohol on the day of your treatment.

Wear loose and comfortable clothing.

Out-of-Network with: CareOregon, Moda, Kaiser, ODS, CHP, Pacific Source. Super-bills can be provided for a patient to submit to their insurance companies and be reimbursed, depending on the insurance company’s policy. Claims will not be submitted to out-of-network insurances.
